Dr. Felicia Kaufman will be presenting a workshop on how to better prepare ourselves in dealing with the anxiety that affects both us and our children. Please join us for a discussion that will help parents learn to “ACT” instead of “REACT”. Concrete strategies will be given on tackling such issues as separation anxiety, sleep issues, social media overload, school achievement, divorce and trauma.
