Ometz’s Scholarship Program recognizes and supports the academic pursuits of immigrants in our community.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must have immigrated to Canada within the last ten years and be residing in Quebec
• Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
• Students enrolling or already enrolled at the college or university level or in professional/vocational training programs
• Age is not a factor of eligibility
• Based on academic merit rather than financial need

Jewish Employment Montreal, Jewish Family Services and Jewish Immigrant Aid Services merged to create Ometz, a non-profit agency which supports and strengthens individuals and families by offering a range of human services in the fields of employment, immigration and social services.
