With the goal of integrating emotionally and/or intellectually challenged individuals into the workforce, the JEM Supported Employment Program (SEP) has been providing a crucial service for over 15 years. Funded by Emploi Quebec, program is free of charge to both job seekers and employers and is very successful in finding meaningful and rewarding long term work for its participants.

What we offer
Our specialized job coaches work with both candidates and employers to identify suitable job opportunities. SEP specialists evaluate, counsel and match job seekers with the appropriate work environment. Once qualified candidates have been successfully identified, our job coaches accompany the candidate to the job ensuring their successful integration. Our job coaches provide ongoing support to both candidate and employer.

The JEM Supported Employment Program has become well recognized as an extraordinary community resource. Companies such as Tim Hortons, Walmart, Reitman's and Zellers are all participating employers of this program.
